Christmas in Tackley
We have been pleased to provide a Christmas tree for Tackley village green again this year helping to spread much needed Christmas joy for residents in the village.
Local organiser and resident Pam said “Just a big thank you to you and Barwood homes for paying for our Christmas Tree on the Green.”
We put it up last Thursday, normally we would have had a village event with Christmas Carols and mulled wine, and a count down before we lit the tree, but sadly due to covid that wasn’t possible this year.
Hopefully, things will be back to normal next year. The tree is a lovely shape and looks beautiful when the lights are all on, hopefully it lifts all the villager’s spirits as they come back into the village, we need a bit of sparkle in our lives this year!! ”
