During the new home demonstration our Site and Sales team will demonstrate the key features of your new home to you; covering advice and guidance on how to manage and look after your home in accordance with the warranty benefits. A reference manual can be found on Spaciable along with a number of articles within the FAQ and How To sections to support this demonstration.
To ensure the transition between Sales and Customer Care goes smoothly your dedicated Customer Care Coordinator will contact you personally to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have.
Once you have moved in to your new Barwood home all communication should be made through your dedicated Customer Care Coordinator including submission of your 7-day inspection form.
Throughout the 2-year builder warranty your dedicated Customer Care Coordinator will be on hand to support you in any way you need. All contact details can be found on your Spaciable portal access.
