Barwood Homes understands that buying a new home is a huge commitment which can take a number of months to progress (depending on build stage) through to move-in day, so to support you during the sales journey our gift to all our purchasers is access to our personalised customer portal Spaciable.
Our Sales Advisors will keep you updated through Spaciable on the build progress of your new home and provide photos of key build stages to maintain your excitement levels as your property grows through the construction stages.
Spaciable access will remain with you throughout your sales and warranty journey for years to come providing you all the support you may need about your new Barwood home.
Once you have moved into your new home our dedicated customer care team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and manage any warranty issues you might report through the two-year builder’s warranty with Barwood Homes.
Any warranty issues are recorded, monitored and managed by your dedicated coordinator through our inhouse computer system to ensure they are remediated swiftly and to your satisfaction.
